Project- and Process management

You have your new designed complex system and you are looking for a low-cost reliable partner for manufacturing your complex system.

Or

You have the system already manufactured in Europe and you want to transfer this project to a cheaper country like China or Malaysia.

Ed Heldoorn ITP can manage these projects. We have a well-developed supplier base in which most technical capabilities are ready to be used for your project. We have partners for high precision:

  • Metal parts
  • Plastic parts
  • Electronic parts
  • Assembly and testing

Ed Heldoorn ITP is focused on having a reliable, cost-effective, in time, manufacturing of the new systems in China or Malaysia.

We can help you with:

  • Finding the right Chinese or Malaysian partners for building up this new manufacturing enterprise.

  • Creating the process engineering-, procurement-, production-, quality-, logistic- and finance departments and coaching the new teams to an effective manufacturing organization.

  • Feasibility study and “Make or Buy” decisions.

  • Establishing good working methods within the manufacturing organization and organizing the required infrastructure, tooling, process instructions, training and quality assurances.

  • Organizing functional critical parts and getting these parts for good prices, good quality and with good lead time. Coaching the suppliers in giving a long-term good performance.

  • Making samples pre-series and (functional) testing.

  • Coaching the SOP and Ramp Up to higher volumes.

  • Hand over the responsibility to the local management.

During this process our role would be:

  • Organizing all major project- or program events.
  • Managing the project team or project members.

  • Creating enough manpower for establishing these events.

  • Monitoring all the events in technique, timing, costs and information.

  • We give guidance and encouragement.

  • We give approvals for critical issues.

  • Cost management for the project and the overall cost for the system.

  • Report to the management.
